At Blue Shed Mayhem, each sign and wall art piece is handcrafted to your unique specifications. Because of the personalized nature of our products, please review the following policy carefully.

1. All Sales Are Final

  • All custom and personalized orders are non-refundable once production has started.

  • Please double-check all spelling, dates, and design details before approving your order.

2. Cancellations

  • Orders may only be canceled within 24 hours of purchase.

  • After 24 hours, production begins and cancellations are no longer possible.

3. Damaged or Defective Items

  • If your order arrives damaged or defective, please notify us within 7 days of delivery.

  • Email us at blueshedmayhem@gmail.com with:

    • Your order number

    • Clear photos of the damaged item and packaging

  • Once verified, we will provide a replacement or repair at no additional cost.

4. Incorrect Orders

  • If we make an error in your order (wrong design, size, or personalization), we will gladly replace it at no charge.

5. Non-Returnable Items

  • Because our products are custom-made, we cannot accept returns for:

    • Change of mind

    • Incorrect information (spelling, dates, etc.) provided by the customer

    • Normal variations in wood grain, color, or finish

6. Refunds (If Applicable)

  • Refunds are only issued if:

    • We are unable to complete your order

    • The item cannot be replaced or repaired due to damage during shipping

  • Refunds will be processed back to your original payment method within 5–10 business days after approval.

7. Exchanges

  • We do not offer exchanges on custom wall art or signage.

1. Processing & Production Times

  • All products are made to order. Standard production time is 1–3 weeks, depending on design complexity and order volume.

  • Rush processing may be available for an additional fee—contact us before placing your order.

  • Production begins only after full payment and final design approval are received.

2. Shipping Methods & Delivery

  • We ship using trusted carriers such as UPS, FedEx, or USPS (depending on location and package size).

  • Standard delivery times within the U.S. are 3–7 business days after production is complete.

  • International orders may take 2–4 weeks depending on customs and carrier processing.

  • Tracking numbers will be provided once your order ships.

3. Shipping Costs

  • Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on weight, size, and destination.

  • Free shipping promotions (if offered) apply only to orders within the U.S. unless otherwise stated.

4. Incorrect Addresses & Delivery Issues

  • Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information at checkout.

  • We are not responsible for packages lost or delayed due to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.

  • If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect or undeliverable address, the customer is responsible for reshipping costs.

5. Damaged or Lost Packages

  • If your order arrives damaged, please notify us within 7 days of delivery and include photos of the item and packaging.

  • We will arrange a replacement or refund for qualifying claims.

  • Lost packages must be reported within 14 days of the expected delivery date so we can file a claim with the carrier.

6. International Orders

  • Customers are responsible for any customs fees, duties, or taxes imposed by their country.

  • Delays caused by customs are beyond our control.

  • Once your order ships, you will receive an email with a tracking number to follow your delivery status.
