3. Payment & Pricing

• Full payment is required before production begins on any custom order.

• We are not responsible for delays caused by incomplete or declined payments.

4. Production & Delivery

• Shipping times are estimates and not guaranteed. Delays caused by carriers are outside of our control.

• Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information.

5. Returns & Refunds

• Due to the personalized nature of our products, all custom orders are final sale.

• Refunds or replacements are only offered if your order arrives damaged or incorrect due to our error.

• To request a replacement, you must notify us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the issue.
